Nutrition & Health Specialist – Sydney & Newcastle

About the role

Nestlé Nutrition and Health provides medical nutritional products to hospitals and the community, and is looking for two Nutrition & Health Specialists to cover the Southwest/West and North Sydney/South Sydney/Newcastle territories. Reporting to the Regional Manager Nutrition & Health - NSW, you will act as a trusted advisor, influencing clinical practice through education, scientific expertise and healthcare partnerships. The role involves regular travel, including occasional overnight trips, and requires a current unrestricted driver's licence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and meet territory objectives through strategic account management and customer engagement.
• Build relationships with key healthcare professionals across hospitals, community and the private sector.
• Educate customers on evidence-based medical nutrition solutions that improve patient care.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records and territory activity in the CRM system (Veeva).
• Take part in sales meetings, conferences and seminars as needed, and use digital engagement tools to represent the brand.

Required profile

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical nutrition or related sales.
• Tertiary qualification in Nutrition, Science or Allied Health.
• Ability to engage, influence and educate healthcare professionals through credible clinical conversations.
• Proven relationship-building and business development skills.
• Comfortable travelling regularly, with occasional overnight travel, and able to attend team meetings.
• Meets customer site access requirements, including mandatory pre-checks, compliance training and safety protocols.
• Full Australian working rights; pre-employment checks including health checks are required.
