NPA Assessor – Disability Employment Specialist

About the role

The National Panel of Assessors (NPA) Assessor supports people with disability to thrive in employment by delivering fair, accurate and person‑centred assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct OSA assessments for Inclusive Employment Australia participants.
• Perform SWS productivity assessments at participant workplaces.
• Assess workplace barriers and recommend modifications to support inclusion.
• Prepare high‑quality, timely reports and liaise with participants, employers and providers.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification in allied health, disability or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the disability sector.
• Ability to work independently, reliably and within strict timeframes.
• Eligible to work in Australia with a current driver’s licence and insured vehicle.

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal, assessment and report‑writing abilities.
• Sound IT literacy and commitment to data security.
