Nightfill Manager – East Village (Zetland)

About the role

The Nightfill Manager leads the evening and overnight stocking operations at a busy Coles supermarket in East Village (Zetland). You will ensure shelves are fully stocked, the store presentation meets brand standards, and customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience during night trade.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the night‑fill department, meeting all stocking deadlines.
• Maintain exceptional store presentation, visual merchandising, and food‑safety compliance.
• Lead, coach and develop a team to achieve sales targets, cost control and roster requirements.
• Manage stock levels, replenishment processes and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Promote a safety‑first culture, prioritising team wellbeing.

Required profile

• Willingness to work flexible evening and night hours.
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced retail or logistics environment.
• Direct leadership experience with a track record of coaching teams.
• Commitment to health, safety and customer satisfaction.
