Night Registered Nurse – Part‑time (St Clair Residential Facility)

About the role

Bene Aged Care is seeking a compassionate Night Registered Nurse to join the St Clair Residential Facility on a permanent part‑time basis. You will provide safe, high‑quality clinical care throughout night shifts, supporting the dignity, comfort and wellbeing of older South Australians.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver person‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care during night and early‑morning shifts.
• Monitor residents’ health, respond to clinical needs and manage emergencies.
• Administer medications, perform wound care and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide leadership and clinical oversight to care staff on shift.
• Mentor and support Care Workers to uphold best‑practice standards.
• Foster a safe, calm and respectful environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and external health professionals.
• Collaborate with the broader clinical team for holistic care planning.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous experience in aged‑care or a similar clinical setting.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently during night duty.
• Current National Police Check, First Aid and Manual Handling certificates.
• Italian language skills are advantageous but not essential.
