New Graduate Occupational Therapist (Part-Time)

About the role

A small, values-led occupational therapy service in its growth phase, supported by steady organic referrals, is looking for a New Graduate Occupational Therapist. The role is part-time (3 days per week) with the option to increase hours as confidence and caseload grow. It is a mobile community role with remote work for reporting and administration.

Key responsibilities

• Work across the lifespan with a balanced caseload (roughly 50/50), supporting both NDIS and private clients.
• Make community visits mainly across Adelaide and Southern Adelaide; one-way travel is typically capped around 30 minutes.
• Work remotely for report writing and administration.
• Build a clinical niche over time while keeping a varied caseload.

Required profile

• New graduate Occupational Therapist.
• AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Full Australian working rights.
