General Dentist – Restorative Focus (Tue, Sat, Sun)

About the role

A well-regarded general dental practice in Adelaide's inner east, part of an established dental group and open seven days a week, is looking for an experienced Dentist to work Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. The practice has an established patient base and is a preferred provider for several major health funds, so there is steady demand for weekend appointments. You will work in a multi-dentist team supported by experienced dental assistants and front-desk staff.

Key responsibilities

• Examinations, preventive care and treatment planning
• Composite restorations, crowns and bridges
• Root canal therapy
• Extractions, including wisdom teeth
• Whitening and other cosmetic treatments
• Emergency appointments

You will plan and deliver comprehensive care for a varied patient list, with chairside support from an experienced dental assistant.

Required profile

• Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Dentist with the Dental Board of Australia
• Previous clinical experience in general dentistry (not suited to new graduates)
• Confident treatment planning across general and restorative dentistry
• Availability every Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
• Clear communication and a patient-centred approach
• Current professional indemnity insurance
• Australian working rights
