About the role

Mercedes‑Benz Sydney is looking for an ambitious New Vehicle Sales Executive to join its high‑performing team and represent one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales, profit and performance targets.
• Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience throughout the entire sales journey.
• Proactively generate new business and follow up sales opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve dealership objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer records and consistently follow all sales processes.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in automotive sales or a similar results‑driven sales role.
• Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong drive to achieve targets and build lasting customer relationships.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow, and ability to contribute within a close‑knit, high‑performing team.
• Current and valid NSW driver’s licence.
