National Account Manager – Independent Hardware Channel

About the role

Energizer is seeking a National Account Manager to own and grow key customer relationships within the Independent Hardware Channel across ANZ. You will develop and execute strategic plans, lead joint business planning, and drive profitable growth while collaborating with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own nationally significant customer relationships and deliver sales, margin, volume, market share and distribution targets.
• Develop and execute customer strategies, joint business plans and promotional programs across in‑store and digital channels.
• Manage customer P&L, trade investment and ROI, and lead negotiations on trading terms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Category, Finance, Supply Chain and Field Sales to turn strategy into action.

Required profile

• Experience in FMCG account management or a comparable commercial environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to manage customer P&L and trade investment.
• Confidence using data and insights to drive commercial decisions.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
