National Account Manager – Coles & Retail

About the role

The National Account Manager will develop and manage strategic relationships with key national customers, driving revenue growth, profitability and market share for BIC World’s iconic FMCG brands.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute go‑to‑market strategies and Joint Business Plans aligned with company and customer objectives.
• Manage the 12‑month forecast, monitor variances and ensure service level KPIs are met.
• Lead commercial negotiations, range reviews, pricing, contracts and promotional agreements.
• Analyse sales data and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver customer objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of national account management experience in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record managing strategic customer relationships.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience negotiating contracts and commercial agreements.
