Multi Skilled Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Multi‑Skilled Engineer to join a busy production plant in Perth, Scotland. You will be responsible for keeping plant machinery running efficiently through both planned and reactive maintenance, while supporting continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Assist with the introduction of new equipment, including installation, commissioning and training of operators.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the site.

Required profile

• Experience with processing or packing equipment is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of maintenance in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive, flexible attitude.
