About the role

Join Miele's Experience Centre team in Canberra and help customers discover premium domestic appliances. As a Sales Consultant you will guide shoppers through their purchase journey, offering expert advice and showcasing Miele's quality and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised product advice and consultative sales solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships from enquiry to purchase.
• Demonstrate Miele products and features to aid informed decisions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while upholding premium service standards.
• Maintain high‑standard presentation of products and displays.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge through ongoing training.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, customer service or consultative sales.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
