About the role

This is a rare opportunity to lead a high‑growth category within one of the largest automotive aftermarket suppliers in Australia and the wider Asia‑Pacific region. As Merchandise Manager for Four‑Wheel Drive & Adventure you will own the full category strategy, sales performance and profitability while inspiring your team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategy, pricing, range reviews and budgets to drive sales and profitability across retail and trade channels.
• Provide inspirational leadership, building high‑performing teams and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Proven commercial acumen with deep category management experience and a track record of growing sales and profit.
• Strong strategic, analytical and stakeholder‑management skills, combined with a passion for the 4WD and outdoor adventure lifestyle.
