Marketing Manager, Campaigns and Digital

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead member campaigns and digital experiences on a 12‑month contract. The role is hybrid, based in Sydney (or Melbourne), with at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and manage integrated campaigns across email, mobile, web and paid media.
• Lead optimisation of digital initiatives to boost member engagement and retention.
• Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create, automate and refine personalised journeys.
• Manage performance‑marketing channels such as PPC, display advertising and paid media.
• Monitor campaign performance, test new approaches and translate results into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Einstein).
• Ability to analyse campaign data and provide clear insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
