ANZ Product Manager – Knee Portfolio

About the role

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division is seeking an ANZ Product Manager for the Knee portfolio. The role will be based in North Ryde with responsibilities across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, driving growth and market leadership for knee solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather market and customer insights and design product‑specific marketing strategies to achieve business plan targets.
• Develop and execute in‑person and digital engagement strategies, pricing, contracting and inventory planning through the S&OP process.
• Manage dynamic forecasts, support sales teams, and lead professional education activities aligned with the Knee and VELYS strategy.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards and promote health, safety and environmental behaviours.

Required profile

• Tertiary degree in Business or Science; postgraduate qualifications (MBA) are an advantage.
• Relevant experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on orthopaedic products.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.
• Change‑management background is mandatory.
