Brand and Social Specialist

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Brand and Social Specialist to drive the Pacific organic social media strategy, primarily on LinkedIn and other owned channels. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the Sydney office.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and tailor the Pacific organic social media strategy for AU/NZ audiences across LinkedIn and other owned channels.
• Own the LinkedIn content calendar, creating themes, series, and campaigns that support thought leadership and client storytelling.
• Produce, edit and publish high‑quality LinkedIn posts, long‑form articles, video scripts and image/carousel concepts, localising global assets.
• Launch and manage the employee advocacy programme, providing toolkits, training and prompts to boost colleague participation.
• Monitor community engagement, respond or escalate according to governance guidelines, and identify new engagement opportunities.
• Track performance, maintain dashboards and contribute insights to enterprise reporting cycles.

Required profile

• 3–4+ years of experience in social media, digital communications or related roles, preferably in professional services or a large matrixed organisation.
• Proven expertise in LinkedIn organic strategy, content development and growth tactics.
• Experience delivering LinkedIn‑first organic campaigns and employee advocacy initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively across functions in a matrixed environment, partnering with Communications, Brand, Marketing, HR, Legal and global teams.
