Marketing Communications Coordinator

About the role

This position offers a hands‑on opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to create engaging content, coordinate multi‑channel campaigns and manage projects from concept to delivery within a growing organisation in Sydney’s CBD.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, write and edit content for websites, articles, email campaigns, newsletters, social media and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate content calendars and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Utilise HubSpot for email marketing, CRM activity, marketing automation, workflows and reporting.
• Support product marketing initiatives, promotional activities and new campaign launches.
• Assist with media relations, PR activities, thought leadership and corporate communications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies and suppliers to deliver marketing projects.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in marketing, communications, content or corporate affairs.
• Excellent writing, editing and content creation skills across diverse audiences.
• Strong organisational abilities with capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, resource‑ful and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot (email marketing, CRM, marketing automation).
