Manager, People Experience

About the role

Join Pfizer's People Experience division to support leaders and colleagues, ensuring a thriving workplace where everyone can succeed. You will act as a key contact for People Experience queries and collaborate closely with the People Experience Lead at the manufacturing site.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for site leaders and colleagues on all People Experience matters.
• Support enterprise bargaining activities and manage employee relations, including union interactions.
• Facilitate performance management, talent reviews, and compliance with employment legislation.
• Collaborate with HR functions to drive engagement, recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding, and compensation initiatives.
• Champion colleague engagement programs and lead process improvement and coaching for leaders.

Required profile

• Experience in HR within a multinational organization, especially in employee and union relations at a manufacturing site.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills with the ability to coach diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record in change management, strategic thinking, and promoting employee value propositions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot for problem solving.
