Leisure Attendant

About the role

Join NRMA South West Rocks Holiday Park as a Leisure Attendant and help guests create unforgettable holiday memories. You’ll lead fun activities, engage with families, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Run kids’ and family activities such as crafts, games, movie nights and mini competitions.
• Host poolside fun, outdoor games and school holiday programmes.
• Create an inclusive vibe where everyone feels comfortable joining in.
• Set up and pack down activities, keeping areas safe and tidy.
• Chat with guests and promote park events.

Required profile

• High energy with a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Enjoy working with children, families and diverse guests.
• Creative, adaptable and willing to try new things.
• Reliable and able to work a roster including weekends, evenings and school holidays.
• Comfortable speaking to groups and leading activities.
• Hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
