Guest Experience Attendant

About the role

Join NRMA South West Rocks Holiday Resort as a Guest Experience Attendant, creating memorable holiday experiences for children and families through the Kids Club and resort entertainment programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver fun, engaging and age‑appropriate Kids Club activities.
• Host games, arts and crafts, outdoor activities and special events.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participating children.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Assist with resort entertainment and guest engagement initiatives.
• Support the wider resort team when required.

Required profile

• Friendly, energetic and outgoing personality.
• Experience working with children, recreation programmes, hospitality or tourism (highly desirable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with diverse guests.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to work weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods.
• Valid NSW Working With Children Check and current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
