About the role

Join the friendly team at NRMA South West Rocks Holiday Park as a Kitchen Cook, creating tasty meals for guests in a relaxed holiday setting on stunning Dunghutti Country.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook quality meals for guests promptly and consistently.
• Support menu preparation and suggest simple, tasty holiday favourites.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen in line with food safety standards.
• Assist with stock rotation, labelling and basic ordering.
• Collaborate with the wider park team to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Required profile

• Enjoys kitchen cooking and takes pride in presenting well‑prepared food.
• Stays calm and organised during busy service periods.
• Works well in a small, collaborative team and is happy to pitch in where needed.
• Has good communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Willing to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and school holidays.
