Legal Projects Coordinator

About the role

Join Toyota Finance Australia as a Legal Projects Coordinator, supporting the General Counsel and Legal Managers in delivering strategic initiatives, operational improvements and business projects across the Legal function.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support delivery of legal projects, strategic initiatives and operational improvement activities.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, action logs, risk registers and reporting.
• Prepare business cases, briefing papers, governance submissions and executive reports.
• Document current and future state processes, identify efficiency opportunities and develop dashboards, trackers and reporting.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Procurement, Technology, People & Culture and external partners.

Required profile

• Experience in project coordination, legal operations, business analysis, PMO or transformation roles.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
