Legal Projects Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Projects Coordinator to support the General Counsel and Legal Managers in delivering strategic initiatives, operational improvements and business projects across the Legal Function at Toyota Finance Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support delivery of legal projects, strategic initiatives and operational improvement activities.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, action logs, risk registers and project reporting.
• Prepare business cases, briefing papers, governance submissions and executive reports.
• Document current and future state processes, identify efficiency opportunities and support process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers and reporting related to legal operations and governance activities.
• Coordinate activities across Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Procurement, Technology, People & Culture and external partners.
• Assist with change management, communications, training and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Experience in project coordination, legal operations, business support, PMO, business analysis or transformation.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
