Legal Architect – Enterprise

About the role

Clio is hiring its first Legal Architect for Enterprise in APAC to shape AI adoption for leading law firms and in‑house teams. You will define the function in the region, guide strategic customers, and help them achieve measurable improvements in legal research, drafting and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Engage senior legal professionals to understand processes and identify AI transformation opportunities.
• Lead consultative demos of Clio’s AI‑driven solutions and design high‑impact pilots.
• Partner with Account Executives to influence buying decisions and guide adoption journeys.
• Act as a trusted adviser to practice leaders and legal operations managers, supporting cultural and process change.
• Collaborate with marketing to create AI success‑story content and represent Clio at industry events.

Required profile

• Admitted to practice in an Australian jurisdiction with 3+ years post‑admission experience at a top‑tier firm or strong in‑house team.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior legal stakeholders.
• Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Consultative mindset with curiosity about AI’s impact on legal work.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of legal workflows and technology adoption dynamics.
• Experience delivering client‑facing consulting, sales or technology engagements (strong plus).
• Familiarity with AI and legal innovation initiatives.
