Legal Architect, Enterprise

About the role

Clio is hiring its first Legal Architect for Enterprise in APAC to shape AI adoption for leading law firms and in‑house teams across the region. This foundational role will define the function in APAC and drive the rollout of Clio’s AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with top law firms and corporate legal departments to understand processes and identify AI transformation opportunities.
• Lead consultative discussions and tailored demos of Clio’s AI solutions, influencing buying decisions and guiding adoption journeys.
• Design and execute high‑impact pilots, defining success metrics and ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Act as a trusted adviser to partners, practice group leaders and legal operations managers, supporting cultural and process change.
• Collaborate with marketing to create AI success story content and represent Clio at industry events.

Required profile

• Admitted to practice in an Australian jurisdiction with 3+ years post‑admission experience at a top‑tier firm or strong in‑house team.
• Proven ability to engage senior legal stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and technology adoption dynamics.

Required skills

• Consultative, solutions‑focused mindset with curiosity about AI in legal research and practice.
• Experience in technology, consulting, sales or client‑facing roles is a strong plus.

• Competitive base salary $131,800–$178,300 AUD plus OTE up to $254,800 AUD.
