About the role

Key responsibilities

• Conduct document review and legal due diligence on complex commercial transactions.
• Analyse, organise and manage large volumes of legal documentation.
• Support senior lawyers across multiple practice areas on high‑profile client engagements.
• Utilise leading legal technology platforms, including Relativity and approved generative AI tools.
• Collaborate with experienced legal professionals to deliver high‑quality client outcomes.

Required profile

• LLB or JD qualification with strong academic results.
• Excellent analytical, research, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Interest in legal technology and innovation.
• Previous legal or office experience (6–12 months) is advantageous but not essential.
• Additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Russian, European languages) are highly regarded.

Required skills

• Experience using Relativity or a comparable e‑discovery tool.
