About the role

CIMA Cleaners Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Lead Generation Executive to expand its commercial cleaning client base across Adelaide. You will identify potential businesses, contact decision‑makers, and generate qualified appointments for the management team.

Key responsibilities

  • Research potential commercial cleaning clients across various sectors.
  • Contact businesses via phone, email and LinkedIn to identify owners, managers and facility managers.
  • Generate qualified leads and book meetings or site inspections for the management team.
  • Maintain an organised lead database and follow up with prospects.
  • Achieve weekly lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

  • Good English communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners and managers.
  • Experience in sales, telemarketing or lead generation (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and a target‑driven attitude.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn for outreach.
  • Experience using email for business communication.
  • Familiarity with basic CRM systems.
