Lawyers – Multiple Opportunities in Perth

About the role

We are partnering with several well‑regarded law firms in Perth to recruit experienced lawyers across family law, litigation and commercial practice. The positions offer strong client work, mentorship and clear pathways for long‑term career progression within established and growing practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including parenting, property and relationship disputes (Family Lawyer role).
• Handle commercial and civil litigation matters, mentor junior lawyers and take ownership of files, with opportunities for advocacy and partnership (Litigation Lawyer role).
• Advise on commercial transactions, business structuring, contracts, property and general advisory matters for corporate clients (Senior Commercial Lawyer role).
• Develop and maintain client relationships, provide high‑quality legal advice and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Admission to practice law in Western Australia.
• Strong communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Commercial, pragmatic and client‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Family law practice (for family lawyer position).
• Litigation experience in commercial/civil matters (for litigation lawyer position).
• Commercial law expertise, including transactions, contracts and business structuring (for senior commercial lawyer position).
