About the role
Join the fast‑paced Hygiene division in Sydney as a Key Account Manager. You will manage an assigned customer base, drive sales, and ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage existing client accounts, analyse needs and increase sales.
- Conduct site audits to verify service performance.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with major accounts.
- Prepare proposals tailored to customer requirements, including product, service and cost options.
- Resolve operational and account issues, escalating when necessary.
- Document customer interactions in company systems and monitor competitor activity.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar key account or sales role.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to balance field activity with rapid client response.
- Excellent organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and pass pre‑employment medical, drug, alcohol and background checks.
Required skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
