Enterprise Account Manager, Platforms

About the role

As a Platforms Enterprise Account Manager in Sydney, you will guide global SaaS platforms and e‑commerce marketplaces through growth on the Adyen for Platforms solution, building lasting relationships and unlocking new revenue streams beyond payments processing.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the human dimension of Adyen’s product, delivering expertise, education, and payment guidance to customers and positioning Adyen as a trusted partner.
• Prioritise and execute short‑ and long‑term projects across multiple accounts, coordinating with Sales, Onboarding, Risk, Finance and Product teams.
• Drive commercial discussions, meeting strategic and financial targets for assigned accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships, navigate organisations, and align internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to improve the solution.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a client‑facing, commercial role such as account management, consulting, or payments industry (merchant side).
• Experience within payments, financial services, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms.
• Strong ability to lead strategic payments conversations, present business reviews and coordinate technical discussions.
• Excellent analytical skills, comfortable synthesising complex data sets and telling a data‑driven story.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects across departments while motivating and collaborating with teams.
