Key Account Manager – Amazon Partnership

About the role

Haleon is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to grow and support its partnership with Amazon, focusing on consumer health brands such as Sensodyne, Panadol, Advil, and others. You will work closely with the National Business Manager to develop joint business plans, drive sales, and enhance the online customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Amazon business plans, including promotional planning and effectiveness evaluation.
• Analyse sales and category data to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Assist with forecasting, demand planning, and risk identification.
• Collaborate with Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to deliver customer outcomes.
• Drive distribution, ranging, new product opportunities and improve online product visibility.

Required profile

• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, sales, category, account management or eCommerce.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with a commercial curiosity.
• High attention to detail, organisational ability and ownership of tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience or willingness to use data tools such as Circana, IRI Nielsen or Power BI.
