About the role

Catton & Tondelstrand Family Lawyers, a boutique family law firm on the Sunshine Coast, is looking for an early career lawyer or law graduate to join its team. The role suits someone who wants to build their skills and knowledge in family law, working directly with experienced family lawyers, including Accredited Specialists, and receiving hands-on mentoring.

Required profile

• Admission (or eligibility for admission) as a lawyer in Queensland
• Prior experience working in a law firm (essential)
• An understanding of family law processes (highly desirable)
• Organised, proactive and eager to learn
• A professional, empathetic and client-focused approach
• Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously

Required skills

• Strong communication and drafting skills
• Understanding of family law processes
