About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Conveyancing Paralegal to join our award‑winning conveyancing practice. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while handling a high volume of residential conveyancing matters.
Key responsibilities
- Manage 30‑35 residential conveyancing files from start to finish each month with administrative support.
- Maintain accurate records, track key dates, and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Develop and sustain referral relationships with industry professionals.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of Queensland conveyancing experience.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritize daily tasks and emails.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while seeking help when needed.
