Property Lawyer (Junior Associate)

About the role

GRM LAW, a client-focused commercial law firm specialising in business, corporate, commercial, banking and finance and property matters, is hiring a full-time Property Lawyer in Brisbane, QLD. The role sits within a dynamic legal team and offers some flexibility to work from home.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and advise on property transactions
• Prepare and review legal documents
• Perform due diligence
• Represent clients in negotiations
• Liaise with clients and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Required profile

• Admitted as a lawyer to practice in Queensland
• Demonstrated experience in commercial or property law practice
• Familiarity with Australian law and regulatory compliance

Required skills

• Proficiency in property law, including property transactions, leasing and conveyancing
• Legal research, drafting and document preparation
• Negotiation, problem-solving and advisory skills
• Client relationship management and attention to detail
• Proficiency with legal practice management software is a plus
