IT Service Delivery Manager

About the role

MedHealth is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to drive service excellence across its national organisation. Working closely with the Head of Technology Customer Experience, you will lead IT service management, change management, vendor performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and improve ITSM and ITIL‑aligned processes.
• Manage technology change activities, communications and business readiness.
• Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding technology processes.
• Manage vendor relationships, software licensing and technology assets.
• Support technology project delivery and operational governance.
• Drive service improvements, automation and operational efficiencies.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience in IT Service Delivery, IT Operations or ITSM leadership.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and service management best practices.
• Experience in change management, vendor management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, leadership and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• ITIL certification.
• Experience with Freshservice or similar ITSM platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Familiarity with PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or Scrum methodologies.
