Inside Sales Representative - B2B (6 Vacancies)

About the role

Peninsula, an HR, employment relations and health and safety advisory group, is hiring six Inside Sales Representatives for its Sydney CBD offices. The role is permanent and full time, and involves outbound B2B phone sales to business owners and directors across Australia, booking appointments for Business Development Managers and keeping the CRM up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B phone calls to business owners and directors across Australia to understand their people and safety challenges.
• Book high-quality appointments for Business Development Managers across Australia.
• Build strong relationships and act as a trusted point of contact for prospects, clients and the field-based Business Development team.
• Keep the CRM system (Salesforce) up to date with accurate notes.
• Achieve daily and weekly KPIs.

Required profile

• Experience in phone-based or face-to-face sales.
• A desire to further your sales career.
• Focus, resilience and a willingness to take risks and share ideas.

• Year 1 package of up to $80,000 plus super and uncapped commission; Year 1 OTE $130,000.
