ICT Services Leader (Onsite)

About the role

Reflex Technology Group is seeking an experienced ICT Services Leader to provide technology leadership on site in Melbourne, Victoria. Reporting to the Director IT and Chief Customer Officer, the role ensures technology supports outstanding teaching, learning and operational outcomes across the school. The company partners with schools, aged care providers and not-for-profits.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the college's senior leadership so that the technology infrastructure aligns with the school's educational objectives.
• Develop and implement an annual technology roadmap and budget.
• Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring delivery, ongoing support, training and operational excellence.
• Oversee service delivery, ticketing, escalations, incident management and operational procedures, meeting and exceeding SLAs and XLAs.
• Drive cyber security initiatives with the Risk & Security team.
• Lead IT, systems and AI capabilities, including designing AI policies, and stay ahead of emerging technologies.
• Lead, coach and develop a team within the group's training and knowledge-sharing culture.

Required profile

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
• National Criminal History Check.
• Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check.
• Proactive leader with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience implementing and integrating Microsoft and cloud-based solutions in educational environments.
• Previous experience with a managed services provider is advantageous but not essential.

Required skills

• Service desk ticketing, escalations and end-to-end ICT support.
• Systems administration, enterprise security and LAN/WAN administration (Cisco Meraki experience beneficial).
• Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud platforms.
• Mail systems (Outlook/Exchange), collaboration and web platforms, VoIP solutions, and enterprise data backup and recovery.
• Problem management and project delivery.
