HR Manager – Platform People Services

About the role

This high‑impact HR Manager role combines ownership of core HR services with strategic partnership across Finance and IT functions on a complex, multi‑business platform. Reporting to the Platform HR Director, you will lead the employee lifecycle, drive a payroll and time‑attendance system implementation and act as the key conduit between HR, payroll and IT.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee platform‑wide people services, processes and policies for 60‑70 employees and 10 people leaders.
• Lead the implementation and integration of a new payroll and time‑attendance system with Workday.
• Partner with senior Finance and IT stakeholders to develop workforce planning, talent, succession and leadership development strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in Workday and ensure compliant, efficient people operations.

Required profile

• Proven HR Generalist or HR Manager experience in mid‑large organisations, preferably in industrial, manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Strong track record partnering with senior white‑collar groups and delivering measurable people initiatives.
• Experience leading significant change such as restructures or HR/payroll system implementations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with a detail‑oriented, “can‑do” mindset.
