Hotel Manager – Brisbane CBD Property

About the role

Minor Hotels is seeking an inspiring and results‑driven Hotel Manager for Oaks Woolloongabba Suites, a flagship property in Brisbane’s CBD. Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, you will own the resort’s performance, driving service excellence, operational standards, financial outcomes and compliance with body corporate and strata regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily resort operations and presentation with a strategic mindset.
• Ensure full compliance with body corporate and strata management regulations.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through proactive leadership.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cost management to achieve financial targets.
• Inspire, develop and empower a high‑performing team focused on engagement and accountability.
• Identify and implement revenue‑growth opportunities and operational improvements.
• Build and nurture relationships with guests, owners and body corporate stakeholders.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Business Management.
• Extensive operational and financial management experience in a hotel environment.
• Proven strategic and operational leadership with a culture of accountability.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Strong relationship‑building ability with guests, owners and staff.

Required skills

• Experience managing body corporate and/or strata operations (essential).
