About the role
Gilhooleys Irish Pubs and Restaurants are seeking an additional cook to join a friendly, energetic kitchen team. You will work alongside a dedicated Head Chef in a fast‑paced environment serving a variety of cuisines.
Required profile
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in a professional kitchen.
- Ability to work five days a week across a seven‑day operation.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent trade experience.
- Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation.
- Availability for a rotating roster, Monday to Sunday.
Required skills
- Food hygiene compliance and knowledge.
- Ability to manage your own section and maintain high food standards.
