Hospitality Couple - Housekeeping and Food & Beverage

About the role

NRMA Parks & Resorts is looking for an enthusiastic couple to join its Cradle Mountain Hotel team, with one position in Housekeeping and one in Food & Beverage. The hotel sits in the alpine woodlands of Tasmania, near Cradle Mountain – Lake St Clair National Park, and offers staff accommodation and meals. Applications from couples are welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Housekeeping: clean and service guest rooms and public areas, help maintain linen and cleaning supplies, and present rooms to a high standard.
• Food & Beverage: welcome guests and deliver friendly service, provide table service, assist with restaurant set-up and reset, and process orders and docketing including cashiering.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for customer service and creating great experiences.
• A positive, hands-on attitude and previous housekeeping or food & beverage experience.
• Ability to work well in a busy team and to pitch in where needed.
• Tasmanian RSA and Food Safety certification.
• Own vehicle, due to the remote location.
