Holiday Season Sales Advisor - Rundle Mall

About the role

H&M is recruiting customer-focused, curious and creative people with a passion for fashion to work as Sales Advisors at its Rundle Mall store in Adelaide during the holiday season. The positions are offered on casual contracts and part-time 12-hour fixed-term contracts running from 1 November to 26 December.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, guide them through the store and help them find what they need while showcasing the products.
• Share fashion and product knowledge so customers can make informed choices.
• Work with the team to deliver excellent service throughout the customer journey.
• Keep the sales floor and back of house well stocked, organised and inviting.
• Help with opening and closing the store.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail or a similar field.
• Passion for fashion and for delivering an in-store experience that promotes products and drives sales.
• Thrives in collaborative, dynamic environments and is communicative, creative and curious about store technology.
• Eager to learn and develop, flexible and action-oriented.
