Head of Marketing Data and Analytics

About the role

As Head of Marketing Data and Analytics you will lead the vision, strategy and evolution of marketing data capabilities across a global marketing function. You will create scalable reporting infrastructure, strengthen data governance and deliver insights that drive smarter commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for marketing data and analytics globally.
• Define and oversee data architecture that enables reliable, scalable reporting.
• Lead design, development and governance of marketing reporting solutions, including Power BI.
• Partner with Data Science, Technology and CRM teams to manage data integrations and pipelines.
• Develop and maintain data governance frameworks, quality standards and access controls.
• Apply marketing mix modelling, multi‑touch attribution and econometric analysis to improve measurement effectiveness.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in data, analytics or business intelligence roles, preferably within a marketing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated experience developing data strategies, reporting frameworks and analytics roadmaps.
