Guest Services Ambassador

About the role

The Guest Services Ambassador is responsible for managing the Welcome Reception desk and delivering a first‑class hospitality experience for all visitors to JLL’s Sydney office. You will work closely with internal partners to ensure seamless check‑ins, event support and a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day Guest Services operations, including front‑of‑house reception, visitor pre‑registration, and VIP handling.
• Support event activities, manage meeting room bookings, and act as an in‑person concierge providing local and company information.
• Maintain clean, show‑ready reception areas, cloakrooms, mailroom and ensure compliance with health, safety and security protocols.
• Collaborate with security, workplace services and other partners, and drive communication of guest service processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a corporate office environment, preferably with hospitality or retail background.
• Strong customer service orientation, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Fluent written and verbal English, professional presentation and a collaborative mindset.
