Guest Service Attendant / Concierge

About the role

The Guest Service Attendant / Concierge will be the friendly face that welcomes guests at Peppers Waymouth, providing personalised assistance and local insights to create memorable stays.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a VIP experience from check‑in to check‑out, rolling out the red carpet of hospitality.
• Assist guests with transport, travel arrangements, luggage delivery, storage, parking and valet services.
• Promote hotel amenities and services by maintaining deep product knowledge.
• Provide local recommendations on neighbourhood hotspots and attractions.
• Accurately handle reservations and manage guest accounts.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel front‑desk operations is valuable.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Possession of an open (manual) driver’s licence is advantageous.
