About the role
Dôme is seeking energetic and enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join its network of over 60 cafés across Western Australia. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, taking orders and answering queries.
- Prepare hot and cold beverages and serve food and drinks.
- Clear and reset tables, maintain cleanliness of the service area.
- Perform general cleaning duties throughout the shift.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
- Enjoy fast‑paced environments and flexible availability Monday‑Sunday, 5 am‑9 pm.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Required skills
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic food and beverage preparation.
