About the role
We are looking for a passionate Cook or Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in South Australia. You will help create memorable dining experiences that excite and delight our guests while upholding ALH’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high‑quality dishes that wow guests.
- Maintain consistent standards of presentation and quality in line with ALH guidelines.
- Contribute to a culture focused on safety, hygiene, and exceptional guest experience.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a fast‑paced kitchen environment and relevant trade cooking qualifications.
- Strong organisational and communication skills to support both guests and team members.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including moving stock, kegs, and deliveries.

- Salary range $70,108.37 – $85,000 per year plus superannuation.
