Guest Service Agent - Part-Time

About the role

Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites is looking for a Guest Service Agent to join its team on a full-time, part-time or casual basis. The agent welcomes guests, guides them through their stay and provides excellent customer service, from check-in and check-out to advice on local attractions and eateries. Shifts run Monday to Sunday between 7:00am and 11:00pm, with an immediate start available.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm, friendly reception to guests on arrival and ensure a smooth, efficient check-in while addressing immediate needs.
• Maintain clear, courteous communication with guests, colleagues and stakeholders by in-person, phone and email.
• Oversee accurate processing of guest reservations, updates and special requests using property management systems.
• Act as the main point of contact during the stay, resolving issues and giving personalised recommendations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated background in hotel, hospitality or other customer-facing service.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across different channels.
• Proactive, positive approach to guest needs and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and varying shifts.
• Working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
