Growth Strategy Manager – Hindi Speaker

About the role

FeverUp is seeking a Growth Strategy Manager to lead its expansion across India. You will own the growth roadmap, shaping the business model and partner portfolio while working at the intersection of data, marketing, and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and partners, influencing product prioritisation and revenue optimisation.
• Act as a lead advisor to top‑tier strategic partners, leveraging Fever’s data and technology to drive partner success.
• Turn complex data into actionable business cases and own metrics such as CAC, LTV and ROI.
• Optimise new business streams and cross‑functional workflows to support rapid, lean scaling.
• Collaborate with regional General Managers to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in an analytical business role (strategy consulting, fast‑growing startup or investment banking).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics or Strategy.
• Strong analytical and strategic decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across cultures.
• Proactive problem‑solver comfortable with ambiguity and high‑stakes decisions.
