Graduate Occupational Therapist Program 2026

About the role

The Graduate Occupational Therapist program provides a structured 12‑month pathway for newly qualified OTs to develop clinical expertise across DVA, Return‑to‑Work, Aged Care and NDIS schemes while supporting a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver client‑centred occupational therapy services to individuals of all ages, including those with physical, psychosocial, neurodiversity, sensory and cognitive needs.
• Participate in fortnightly outreach visits to remote locations such as Alice Springs and Kangaroo Island.
• Maintain accurate documentation, billing and calendar management with local administrative support.

Required profile

• Eligible for AHPRA registration upon graduation as an Occupational Therapist.
• Commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and continuous learning in a supportive team environment.

Required skills

• Understanding of NDIS, DVA, Aged Care and other funding schemes.
• Ability to apply occupational therapy assessment and intervention techniques across a range of client needs.
