Graduate Accountant

About the role

Air Aroma is seeking a Graduate Accountant to join its Global Finance team. Reporting to the Global Finance Manager, you will focus on accounts payable across multiple international entities while supporting broader finance administration and reporting tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and manage day‑to‑day accounts payable for global entities.
• Reconcile supplier statements and maintain positive supplier relationships.
• Handle shared Accounts Payable inboxes, responding to queries and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare and execute payment runs accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain vendor records, including tax details and payment information.
• Update credit‑card transactions with supplier invoices.
• Assist with external reporting requirements and month‑end close activities.
• Collaborate with the broader finance team on ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently qualified in Accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and a hands‑on approach.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (formulas, reporting, data analysis).
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Dext or similar.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
